Volcania Syrah Red

A deep, expressive red wine crafted exclusively from Syrah, revealing the bold yet refined side of Volcania’s terroir. Produced from carefully selected grapes with low-yield concentration, this wine is hand-harvested in mid-August and gently handled from vineyard to winery. Vinification and maturation take place under controlled conditions, allowing the variety to develop complexity, structure and finesse.

Tasting Notes:

Deep red colour with violet highlights. Aromas of plum, rasp- berry & violet are layered with discreet notes of spice & herbs. The palate is intense and generous, with nuances of green pepper, truffle, chestnut & leather, supported by rounded tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve at 16 - 18°C

A beautiful match for roasted meats, sausages, liver, aged cheeses & chocolate-based desserts.
