Volcania Syrah Rose

A dry rosé of freshness, charm and character, shaped by Syrah & elevated by the lively influence of the volcanic environ- ment. Produced with gentle draining & without mechanical pressure, the wine is fermented & matured in ideal conditions to preserve its purity, aromatic brightness & balance. The family vineyards, planted in poor sandy soils with excellent drainage, offer ideal conditions for concentrated & expressive fruit.

Tasting Notes:

Deep rosé colour with attractive intensity. Aromas of strawber- ry, raspberry, grape, sour cherry & cherry unfold beautifully on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh & rounded, with refreshing acidity, delicate spice & a compelling finish.

Serving Suggestion: Serve at 10 - 12°C

Pairs wonderfully with fresh salads, fried fish, Mediterranean dishes & fresh Greek cheeses.
