It stands out for the bright, deep red colour, with characteristic violet reflections as a result of low acre output and high compression of the grapes.

Grapes juice, is given with the method of drainage and without mechanical pressure, then fermentation is carried out, the juice ages for a while in antioxidant tanks and ideal conditions and in the end it is bottled.

In the dry thermal climate of the island, near to the winery Volcania, we cultivate our own linear vineyards of Zervo’s family, that unique variety with the alliance of the knowledge, the experience and the presence in combination with the special volcanic terroir of Kefalos region, which is covered in a large percentage with ashes and dust.
